A NOTE FROM LEAH
What This Workshop Is Really About
Leah explains exactly what happens in this workshop and how it can change the way you show up in your relationships and your life.

THE MOMENT YOU START TO DISAPPEAR
You're Not Bad at Boundaries. You're Running a Reflex You Never Agreed To.

You know what you need. You feel it clearly. Then someone goes quiet, changes tone, or looks disappointed - and suddenly you are revising a perfectly reasonable need as if it has failed a background check.
Women become emotional meteorologists. We can predict everyone else's storm while standing in the middle of our own hurricane insisting the weather is fine.
You soften the request before anyone has responded to it.
You explain until your original point disappears under the paperwork
You manage their discomfort, call it care, and inherit the resentment later.
Care notices another person's feelings. Self-abandonment makes them your responsibility. Those are not the same thing, however efficiently we were trained to confuse them.
Self-doubt is the symptom. The deeper pattern is leaving yourself to preserve connection.
WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER
Bring One Real Moment.
We’ll Work With What Actually Happened.
You will bring one manageable relationship moment, around a five out of ten in intensity.
Leah will guide you through a practical process for understanding it without rushing to blame yourself, diagnose the relationship, or make a life-changing decision.
SEPERATE THE MOMENT
What actually happened? What did you feel? What did you assume it meant?
FIND THE OLD RULE
What belief made abandoning yourself feel safer, kinder, or more reasonable?
CREATE THE PAUSE
Notice the signal, the story, and the spiral before they turn into an apology or an essay.
CHOOSE ONE HONEST NEXT MOVE
Not the perfect response. Not a ten-year plan. One proportionate action you can actually take.
PRACTICE STAYING WITH YOURSELF AFTERWARD
Work with the guilt, second-guessing, or urge to retract that can appear after you do something honest.
During the workshop, you’ll use the STAY Practice, complete a Permission Pause, and leave with a 72-Hour Self-Trust Experiment to turn insight into evidence.
You are not being asked to diagnose your relationship, make a life-changing decision, or share anything publicly.
You are practicing one different move in one manageable moment.
BEYOND THE AHA MOMENT
What You Leave
With That Most
Workshops
Never Give You.

A clear reading of the
actual moment.
What happened, what you felt, what you concluded, and what remains unknown.

Language for the
old rule.
The belief that made abandoning yourself feel like the sensible option.
One short, honest
next move.
Not a ten-year plan. A proportionate response you can actually use.
A plan for what
comes after.
The guilt, the spiral, the urge to explain again - because the five minutes after a boundary count too.
The goal is not to become cold, hard, or indifferent. It is to care about another person without disappearing to prove it.
Something shifts in their tone. You notice it. You notice yourself. And instead of immediately managing the room, you stay long enough to choose.

WHY I BUILT THIS
Understanding the pattern was never the whole problem.
I built Stop Shrinking after noticing that women could understand the cultural pattern brilliantly and still lose themselves in the live moment. My work names the conditioning beneath self-doubt, separates an honest reaction from an automatic interpretation, and gives women something practical to do before they disappear.
This workshop turns that work into one guided experience: two hours, one real moment, one different move.
TWO HOURS. ONE REAL MOMENT. ONE DIFFERENT MOVE
THE QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Still Thinking? Good.
"I already know this intellectually. I still do it."
Exactly. The problem is not missing information. It is losing access to yourself when the reflex fires. This is live practice for that moment.
"I'm not good at boundaries."
You do not begin with the biggest boundary in your life. You begin by noticing the moment you are about to abandon yourself and choosing one proportionate response.
"I don't want to become cold, hard, or selfish."
You are not being taught to stop caring. You are learning that caring for someone and making yourself disappear are not synonyms. A shocking administrative oversight, but here we are.
"What if nothing in my relationship changes?"
The workshop cannot change your partner. It changes what you can see and what you do in the moment. That gives you something better than a guarantee about another person: clearer evidence about the relationship you are actually in.
